 Ron
Kramer
Ron's extensive IT career began over 20 years ago as an intelligence
analyst with the United States Treasury Department. Since that time Ron
successfully managed the City and County of San Francisco's E911
telecommunications infrastructure and led the project management team
for San Francisco's post earthquake telecommunication restructuring. In
1992, he started his own technology company, All Computer Solutions,
Inc., which to date has delivered over 30 million dollars of technology
solutions and services to clients.Mike Fountain
Mike has over 17 years experience designing networks and developing
telecommunications infrastructure and processes. He has demonstrated a
proven ability to produce networks at predictable costs with a high
return on investment.
Mike's vast experience includes a continental WAN build for a major
North American insurance carrier. Mike also served as CTO for Blue Sky
Global, a Nevada-based telecommunications design firm, senior project
manager at Cisco Systems, and senior architect for Liquid Audio where he
designed their global distribution backbone.
After completing his undergraduate degree from the University of
Washington, Mike pursued graduate work in computer science at the
University of Pennsylvania. He is also a published scientist and a
decorated former United States Marine Corps officer.
Jon Freshman
Jon has over 10 years software design and development experience which
spans solutions for the telecommunications, engineering, science,
insurance, and marketing industries. His experience includes multi-tier
application development using a wide variety of object-oriented and
procedural languages and technologies, including J2EE/Java, C++, Visual
Basic, and COM.
Jon served as a principal software engineer at Xchange, Inc.,
developing multi-tier CRM tools for Fortune 500 companies. At Applied
Insurance Research, Inc., Jon served as a senior software engineer and
product manager for the company’s flagship product. He has also worked
as the design and development lead for a COM based API for a 3D solids
modeling package at Applied 3D Science, Inc.
Jon’s other experience includes development of Windows 95/98/NT
applications using C++ and Visual Basic. At Vitel, Inc., he developed
reporting packages for the telecommunications industry.
Jim Rand
Jim has been providing high performance custom database solutions to
companies throughout the United States for over 20 years.
Often, "one size fits all" package solutions just don't measure up to
the needs of the business. A customized problem solving approach that
integrates with existing technology is often superior.
Jim specializes in solutions using the latest tools from Microsoft
including .NET, MS Office, Visual Basic and SQL Server and has
experience with databases from Sybase, Informix, IBM and Oracle.
His projects have included:
- Automated data integration and migration across multiple computer
platforms.
- Data conversions for system replacement.
- Data integration with packaged accounting solutions such as Platinum,
Real World, MAS 90, QuickBooks, PeopleSoft, Fourth Shift and Symix.
- Complete "one-off" multi-user custom solutions for manufacturing,
insurance, leasing, investment management and human resources.
- Repair, maintenance and enhancement of existing "orphaned" systems.
Jim is a graduate from the University of New Hampshire (BS) and the
Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute Of Technology
(MMS).
